PLEASE NOTE:

• Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
• Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The value of any gift certificate can be redeemed towards the purchase of any of our services.
• Gratuities are not included. A tip is usually paid in cash (5%-10%) directly to the tour pilot or flight instructor.
• All quoted tour times include 3 minutes for helicopter startup and for shutdown respectively.

ALL FLIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS, CONSTRAINTS, AND CONDITIONS:

• 300 lbs maximum weight per person.
• 550 lbs maximum total weight for all (up to 3) guests per flight.
• Minimum age for tour passengers is 3 years.
• Any minor must have a consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Flights must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Flights scheduled outside of our regular business hours (before 8:30 AM or after 6:30 PM) are subjects to a 20% surcharge.
• All flight reservations require payment in full unless already prepaid (e.g. gift certificate). Your payment is fully refundable if we are unable to offer the flight for any reason (e.g. bad weather).
• 24-hour cancellation policy - if you cancel your flight within less than 24 hours prior to your flight or don't show up for your scheduled flight, you will forfeit your flight and payment for that flight.
• We may request to reschedule due to bad weather or other safety concerns at any time prior to the scheduled flight.
